Project #529-11-108 Replace Roof Building 1 Phase 1 This project includes contractor services including, labor, supervision, tools and necessary materials to include but not be limited to: general construction, alterations, drainage, mechanical and electrical work, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items as listed below and per contract drawings: REPLACE TOWER METAL ROOF SYSTEM. INSTALL GUTTER HEAT TRACE. REPLACE (5) FLAT ROOFS AT BUILDING 1 AND REPAIR DETERIORATING MORTAR JOINTS AT WALLS SURROUNDING NEW ROOF SYSTEMS. REPLACE EXTERIOR LADDER. RESET AND TUCK POINT TOWER WALLS. REPAIR CUPOLA-POWER WASH AND REPAINT EXTERIOR. CAULK ALL OPEN ROOF/ ANTENNA JOINTS. INSTALL EIGHT ACCESS PANELS FOR GUTTER ACCESS. INSTALL SCREENING TO INTERIOR OF VENTED PANELS. REPAINT ALL EXPOSED STRUCTURAL METAL ON THE INTERIOR OF THE CUPOLA with RUST INHIBITING PAINT. REPLACE ACCESS LADDERS (2). REPLACE UPPER PLATFORM; INSTALL ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS, LIGHTS AND POWER TO INTERIOR. INSTALL HOIST WAY AND MANUAL WINCH/PULLEY SYSTEM. CONTRACTOR TO INSPECT FOR RE-USE AND PROVIDE U.L. LETTER OF FINDING FOR EXISTING LIGHTNING PROTECTION SYSTEM (their portion of work). All work to be completed as per contract specifications and drawings.
