Replace roofing in various buildings in Support of Veterans Administration at Salem Medical Campus, Salem, Virginia. Provide design and construction services for the removal and replacement of the existing sloped shingled roof systems on Buildings 74, 75, 76, & 77. (Approximately 16,460 GSF floor area each). The replacement shall be with Buckingham Black slate. Work also includes the replacement of the existing low slope roof covering systems on Buildings 143 and 2A. Contract duration is 180 calendar days. Provide construction services to replace skylights in Building 143. Replace the East and West Circle Connecting Corridor roofs.
