The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract(s) for Various Small Construction Projects within the Boundaries of the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division. This procurement may result in Multiple Awards. At least two contracts may be awarded, with a Not-to-Exceed Value of $20,000,000.00 each. The contract(s) would require the contractor to be capable of mobilizing sizeable crews to multiple work sites and multi-million dollar bonding ca pability. The contract(s) would be awarded for a base year and have four (4) options periods of one year each. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: (A) Past Performance; (B) Management and Administration; (C) Equip ment; and (D) Price. Contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract, competitively negotiated. Award(s) will be made as a whole to the offerrer whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is within a Technical/Price competitive range. No pre- proposal conference is scheduled. This solicitation can only be received by registering on line at www.lrh.usace.army.mil/ct. Afterwards, you may download the solicitation at the aforementioned web site on or about December 3, 2004.
