The contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment, for improvement of drainage at Patriot Plaza, located at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 State Road 72, Sarasota, FL 34241. Contract performance period will consist of a Sixty (60) calendar days after (date of contract award/notice to proceed). All work shall be performed in accordance with the Specifications, Description, and Statement of Work. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. (SDVOSB) The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard of $7.5 million is applicable. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Technical, 2) Past Performance, and 3) Price. The government intends to award based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) proposal received. Electronic solicitation will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on or around June 30, 2016. Responses to the solicitation are due by1:00 p.m., July 21, 2016. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps. No paper copies will be issued.
