The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to repair, remove, replace and completely refurbish all windows in Buildings 3 and Corridors. The contractor shall remove the existing internal and external window trim and wall finishes in order to successfully gain access to and cut out the existing steel windows. Incorporated into the demolition of the windows will be the safe removal of both lead and asbestos containing material as guided by the local and national rules and regulations of lead and asbestos remediation. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of the new window frames and sashes, screens and storm windows.


The anticipated substantial completion of this project is 445 calendar days after “Notice to Proceed” (NTP).
