This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 70B03C26Q00000117 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Yamaha All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) in accordance with the requirements in Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW). Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the best value to the Government.
This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns under NAICS 336999, which has a Non-Manufacturer Rule Class Waiver for small businesses to supply this equipment as a non-manufacturer.
