This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number N0060426Q4059 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Yamaha OEM engine and parts in support of Harbor Security Boats.


This Request for Quotation and subsequent BPA Call is set-aside exclusively for only those authorized Yamaha Outboard Engines and OEM Replacement Parts BPA Holders awarded under Solicitation N0060422Q4006.  Quotes from other than these holders will not be considered. Please notate NAVY BPA number on quote submission.

FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses that were incorporated under Solicitation N0060422Q4006 and incorporated in the NAVSUP FLCPH Yamaha Engines and OEM Replacement Parts Master BPAs (N0060422A4000, N0060422A4001 and N0060422A4002) are applicable to this solicitation.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.


Additional applicable FAR and DFARS Provisions & Clauses are reflected in Attachment 3.


QUESTIONS


Questions shall be submitted electronically to beverly.a.suzuki.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 12pm on 08 July 2026 Hawaii Standard Time (HST). Oral queries will not be accepted. Emails sent to this address shall clearly reference the RFQ N0060426Q4059 in the subject line. Other methods of submitting questions will not be acknowledged or addressed. Questions submitted after this date and time may not be accepted. Since the submittal of questions may result in amendments to the RFQ, it is imperative that questions be submitted as soon as possible.



RFQ CLOSE DATE:


All quotes shall be submitted to beverly.a.suzuki.civ@us.navy.mil by 12pm 13 July 2026 HST. All quotes shall include price(s) in accordance with Attachment 1, FOB Destination point, a point of contact, name and phone number, NAVSUP FLPCH BPA No., business size, and payment terms. A determination to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.



EVALUATION:


While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be based on a combination of factors - a combination of price, delivery timeframe, and a determination of responsibility.  System for Award Management (SAM): Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award.
