Multi-year contracts and/or contracts with voluntary extensions are generally preferred and sought unless otherwise stated - please propose these options if your company has the ability to do so. In addition, Service Providers are required to provide products and services to E-rate applicants at the lowest corresponding price ("LCP") and as a result please respond/bid accordingly, with the LCP.
