Proposals are being requested for request for information/quote and a written solicitation will be posted on or before 7 September 2010 with a Statement of Work attached. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 423610, with number of employees not to exceed 500. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to furnish, install, test, and inspect camera systems in the Youth Center (Bldg 5313) at Eielson AFB, AK in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation as commercially practiced. BASE/CENTRAL MONITORING AND RECORDING EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION (or equal): ITEM Digital Video Recorder 1 ea Indoor Minidome Cameras with Mounting Harware 13 ea Outdoor Minidome Cameras with Mounting Hardware 2 ea Freight, Cable and Installation 1 ea Site visit will be conducted per the below date, time, and location. Funds are not presently available for this request. The Government's obligation is contingent upon the availability of funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
