The Lincoln Way Commission High School District 210 is seeking proposals to replace its wireless infrastructure, including wireless access points, controllers, switches, and associated software, licenses, and basic maintenance. Proposals must be submitted by Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 12:00 noon CST via email to Cheryl Kay, Donna Manners, and Jerry Steinberg. Bidders must be in good standing with USAC, provide their SPIN number, and comply with all FCC rules and orders. A critical requirement of this solicitation is the strict separation of E-rate eligible and ineligible pricing. Specifically, equipment for Lincoln-Way North HS and the Transportation Center, as well as specific Juniper Model 47, 36, and 66 bundles, are designated as ineligible and must be priced separately. Failure to clearly identify ineligible costs, missing the submission deadline, failing to provide the Lowest Corresponding Price, or neglecting RFP requirements will result in disqualification.
