Yuba County Old Tri-County Juvenile Hall Demolition and Site Preparation

Yuba County is soliciting fixed-price proposals for the demolition and site preparation of the old Tri-County Juvenile Hall located at 1023 14th Street in Marysville, California. This project represents the first phase of a multi-year campus transformation and involves the removal of two 1,200 square foot modular classroom buildings, a 3,000 square foot administration building, and 11,550 square feet of a concrete and steel juvenile detention facility.
