The Proposed Project will operate a Distribution license within an existing building at 8178 Belvedere Ave., Sacramento, CA 95826 (APN 061-0061-046-0000). The Project will conduct distribution of commercial cannabis products under State and local law and improve an existing industrial building. The Project will modify the floor plan changes to the interior of an existing building, including the reduction of the square footage of a previously approved cultivation area, and to reallocate the area to distribution area and manufacturing area. The project will include only minor interior improvements and no changes beyond existing use proposed.
