This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item in accordance with FAR 12, Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information to include this notice. The Internal Revenue Services (IRS) intends to purchase 140 each, of Yukon Digital Ranger 5x42 Night Vision Binoculars with Gen 2 Clarity, item to be shipped to 28 locations to be identified at time of award. The Binoculars shall be delivered in increments of five units, to 28 locations to include Honolulu, Hawaii; all other shipping locations are with in the CONUS. Interested responsible parties may submit a price quotation to include shipping charges. The following clauses/provisions are applicable to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial items; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; NAICS: 333314 Optical Instrument and lens manufacturer.
