Full Description

The project will replace all deteriorated architectural, electrical, and mechanical elements throughout the Hangar and the north portion of the Building including repair the hangar door stop, clean and inspect the hangar door rails and inspect and service the roller system. The project also includes painting of interior and exterior walls and the hangar bay floor. Damaged and cracked exterior windows will be replaced as well as deteriorated and warped exterior man doors. Unusable surface mounted conduit and acoustical ceiling tile will be demolished. Restrooms will be repaired and will meet ADA requirements; the deteriorated HVAC system will be repaired. Existing fire protection will be repaired to include mass notification and AFFF (Aqueous Film Forming Foam) fire protection in the Hangar. Existing POV parking lot will be slurry sealed and re-striped. Asbestos removal and the demolition of a roof top deck are included in the project.
