Z--Buffalo Bill 4' X 5' High Pressure Gates Repair and Coating, Shoshone Project, Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program, Wyoming

The principal features of the work include: 1) Dewatering outlet; 2) Disassembly and removal of emergency and regulating gates; 3) Repair cavitation damage and recoat emergency and regulating gates frames and transitions, 4) Replace seats on regulating and emergency gates frames and leafs; 5) Repair cavitation damage to emergency and regulating gates sills; 6) Repair cavitation damage to regulating gate leafs; 7) Recoat emergency and regulating gate leafs; 8) Repair or replace bent extension stem on regulating gate; 9) Recoat cylinders, bonnet covers, and gate hangers on emergency and regulating gates; 10) Reassemble and test gates. The estimated price range of the work is $100,000 to $250,000. Solicitation packages are anticipated to be available on May 30, 2003. Requests for solicitations should be received on or before June 17, 2003, and must include Dun & Bradstreet (Duns) number, and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
