The project consists of furnishing all plant, labor and materials for the construction of 40 relief wells to include drilling, installation and testing of relief wells and related equipment; performance of relief well pumping tests; drilling of pilot holes; installation of concrete-filled steel pipe guard posts; constructing well collector ditches, constructing a drainage swale, clearing and grubbing of existing outlet ditches; culvert installation; riprap installation; establishment of turf; environmental protection and stormwater pollution prevention plan. Culvert installation includes a culvert crossing Gammon Road with requirements including furnishing all plant, labor and materials; preparation a traffic plan and obtaining a permit from Crittenden County; saw cutting, removal and offsite disposal of existing asphalt pavement; compaction of select granular backfill/bedding material; and construction of a concrete pavement patch. Additional culvert installation includes a culvert crossing Goodwin Road with requirements including furnishing all plant, labor and materials; preparation of a traffic plan and obtaining a permit from Crittenden County; compaction of select granular backfill/bedding material; and construction of a gravel roadway. Driveway culvert installation includes the removal and offsite disposal of two existing culverts; installation of new culverts with requirements furnishing all labor and materials; compaction of select granular backfilling/bedding material; and construction of gravel driveway. Installation of a culvert along Goodwin Road to provide crop land access with requirements including furnishing all plant, labor and materials; compaction of select granular backfill/bedding material; and construction of an access drive. This project will be advertised as a Small Business Set-Aside. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $33.5 million. The supplies or services to be procured in this solicitation are classified under NAICS 237990. This estimated cost of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.
