The work required under this contract includes regrading abandoned strip pits to eliminate high walls, construction of drainage channels, regrading of existing spoil piles, and revegetation of all disturbed areas. Work will consist of: mobilization and demobilization of the contractor's labor, equipment and materials; site preparation; sediment control; excavation/grading; construction of drainage channels; placement of hdpe pipe; road upgrade/restoration; revegetation of all disturbed areas; and tree planting.
