The Department of Defense, through the US Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District, awarded a single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for construction services, including renovations, additions, alterations, maintenance, and repairs. Task Order 0001 was awarded for 707,770.00 dollars to replace light fixtures and install controls across ten buildings at the DDJC Sharpe Site, specifically buildings 4, 90, 205, 208, 305, 308, 386, 404, 408, and 605. The scope of work includes removing HID fixtures, installing new fixtures with sensors, applying fluorescent retrofit kits, and providing a three-year ballast warranty.
