Subject to final approval, The Bureau of the Public Debt, Administrative Resource Center, Division of Procurement, intends to acquire on a sole-source basis, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, through Leased Housing Developers Company, 200 Third Street, Parkersburg, WV, USA, HVAC alterations, operation and mechanical support. The service to be performed is in accordance with Lease # GS-03B-06460. Leased Housing Developers Company is the Lessor of the building. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No solicitation document is available. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If a written response to this notice has not been received by September 18, 2007, no later than 2:00 PM EST, a sole sourced award will be made. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to: Bureau of the Public Debt, Division of Procurement, PSB1, 200 Third Street A5F, Parkersburg, WV 26101.
