PROJECT TITLE: Trempealeau Garage Addition PROJECT LOCATION: Trempealeau National Wildlife Refuge W28488 Refuge Road Trempealeau, WI 54661-7246 ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and 500,000.00. PROJECT CONSISTS OF: PROJECT CONSISTS OF: This work includes, but is not limited to, project mobilization and demobilization, project management and oversight, and removal of waste generated during performance of the work. The work includes supplying all labor, materials, site work, and equipment necessary and required to construct a 40'-6" x 38'-0" pre-engineered wood pole maintenance shop addition onto an existing 3-stall garage building. The maintenance shop addition will include one vehicle bay, along with an office space, restroom/shower/locker space, and mechanical space, along with a mechanical and storage mezzanine. Included in the work will be residing and re-roofing of the existing garage building and updating the electrical and security systems.
