The Government will no longer provide hard copies (paper sets) of solicitations. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (amendments) shall be made only on the Internet. Only registered firms will be notified by e-mail when amendments to the solicitation are issued. This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 238160 and the small business standard is $12.0 million. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity contract with a minimum guarantee of $25,000.00.
