RAVENSCRAFT MINE FIRE : The work performed under this contract will consist of: eliminate the fire, the key items of work are: site preparation, sediment control, clearing and grubbing, site access creation and removal fo trash and debris, etc.,(2) establishment and provision of water from onsite and/or office site sources for quenching/cooling/dust control; (3) removal of tree trunks from excavation and area and stacking off construction area; (4) excavation and quenching of burning coal and refuse material; (5) daily backfilling of any exposed burning mine or coal outcrop face within the excavation with COR approved non-combustible compacted fill; (6) backfill and grade of remainder of excavation; and (7) site restoration, which includes but not limited to regrading, revegetation and access repair
