Z--Rehab Power and Cooling Systems, Pinnalces NP

This contract amendment extends the proposal submission deadline for the rehabilitation of the west side power and cooling systems at Pinnacles National Park from June 19, 2026, to June 23, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. PDT. The solicitation, identified as 140P8426R0002, is a negotiated Request for Proposal issued by the National Park Service under the Department of the Interior and is restricted exclusively to small business concerns under a Total Small Business Set-Aside as defined by FAR 19.5, with the applicable NAICS code 238210 and a size standard of $19 million in annual gross receipts over the past three years. The work involves comprehensive rehabilitation of the Westside Visitor Center’s energy and cooling infrastructure, including the installation of an 85kW generator, 72kW photovoltaic panels, new chillers and air handling units, hydronic piping, electrical systems ranging from low-voltage conductors to photovoltaic collectors and grounding, and civil work including earthmoving, concrete, and compaction. The project will be executed in two phases under a single prime contract with a period of performance from August 3, 2026, to March 31, 2027, and performance must occur at the specified site in Paicines, California.
