Synopsis, The National Park Service, ConOps West, Relocate Chilled Water Pump at Pearl Harbor National Memorial (PERL) 140P8225B0002 Scope of Work: This project is to replace and relocate the chilled water pump in a new location next to the existing chiller enclosure. The existing chilled water pump, expansion tank, air separator, chemical pot feeder and other accessories shall be removed. A new concrete pad and CMU enclosure with access gate shall be constructed next to the existing chiller enclosure for the new pump and accessories. New power for the pump shall be pulled from the nearby electrical panel. Trenching for power from Panel - I to the new pump is required. The acquisition is subject to the North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237110 with a size standard of $45M. this acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. This project will be solicited as 100% small business set-aside. A single firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Place of performance will be Pearl Harbor National Memorial (PERL). The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued on/or about 23 May, 2025, and will be posted to SAM.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies of the solicitation. REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI). Also, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), website at http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications at the time of the solicitation close date.
