USDA,ARS, SAA has a requirement for removal and replacement of an underground storage tank. Work to include but is not limited to the removal and disposal of a 25,000 gallon diesel fuel underground storage tank, collect closure soil samples as required by Georgia EPD, install 15,000 gallon steel fiberglass lined underground tank, replace all exterior supply and return piping, install tank monitoring system, install concrete pad, perform system start up and testing, provide Georgia EPD UST tank registration and prepare UST closure/installation report. Magnitude of job $25,000 - $100,000. NAICS code 238910 with a small business size standard of $13,000,000. Pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this procurement will be on an unrestricted basis. The solicitation will be posted at the website approximately February 27, 2006. No paper solicitations will be available.
