THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. This requirement will be procured utilizing a two-phase Design-Build selection procedure. The successful Design Build Team shall provide all technical design services, supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for providing complete engineering design and construction to replace existing roofs on Building 102, Sections A, C, D, and all clerestories on Central Support Facility and remove and replace lightening protection system. Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. The North American Industrial Classification Standard is 238160 with a small business size standard of $15 million. This procurement is 100% set aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractors pursuant to 38 U.S.C. 8127(d). To be eligible for award, the SDVOSB must be CVE certified and verified in the VetBiz Registry at www.vip.vetbiz.gov. The SDVOSB must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) under NAICS Code 238160.
