The work includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of existing metal roofing system, trim, gutters, downspouts, curbs, boots, and flashing for the existing garage and office building and removal and replacement of existing rooftop HVAC system, maintenance of existing evaporative units, replace insulation and white vapor barrier in the garage/warehouse buidling, and other miscellaneous work as described in the statement of work and on the drawings. The existing building was manufactured by VP Buildings and only VP Building components will be acceptable. This work is located in Redding, California in the Shasta County. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business with a NAICS code of 238160 and a size standard of $12 Million. Estimated construction magnitude is between $75,000 and $200,000.
