SLV-CB PUMPING PLANT ROOF PRESOLICITATION NOTICE

In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul FAR 12.201-1(c)(2), The Contracting Officer has decided to solicit quotations directly from suppliers since this acquisition is at or below the simplified acquisition threshold.

No solicitation will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM).

In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul FAR 5.101(c):

(4) Description of Requirement

(i) The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, Albuquerque Area Office, Alamosa Field Division, requires repair or replacement of the flat roof on the San Luis Lakes Pumping Plant Building located within the San Luis Lake State Wildlife Area near Mosca, Colorado. Work includes addressing leaks, membrane and structural deficiencies, drainage issues, and other conditions affecting the building envelope to restore full weather protection and ensure long term facility reliability. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and demolition necessary to perform the required work.
