Synopsis: The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers from experienced qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to Raise, Realign, Reset, and Clean Markers Part 2 at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, San Diego, CA 92166 for a period of performance of 365 days after Notice to Proceed. The Contract Specialist is Erwin Fernandez, +1 (555) 000-0000. Bids will only be accepted by mail. Each Offerror must have a regular established firm in the business called for, who are financially responsible, and able to show evidence of their reliability, ability, experience, facilities and personnel directly employed by them to render prompt and satisfactory service. Contractors that can meet the requirements of the RFP are requested to take into consideration the complexity and extent of the services to be performed. The VA is issuing this Request for Proposal in accordance with Part 15, Technical capability, past performance/client satisfaction and scheduling/phasing, when combined are significantly more important than cost/price. In accordance with P.L. 109-461, this acquisition is restricted to Small Business Concerns Owned and Controlled by Service Disable Veterans (SDVOSB) concerns. The estimated services cost range for the base period is between $4,600,000 and $5,300,000.
