The Contractor shall be available to perform within an immediate two week period of notification for non-emergencies at main campus Ioannis A. Lougaris VA Medical Center, located at 975 Kirman Avenue, Reno, NV 89502, and fourteen or more additional off campus VASNHCS sites in Reno, NV, Gardnerville, NV, Fallon, NV, Winnemucca, NV, and Susanville, CA, ranging potentially as far away as approximately 166 miles from the Ioannis A. Lougaris VA Medical Center.
Contractor must be a commercial/hospital flooring contractor.
Contractor must have their own hired employees. No temporary laborers may be utilized.
Contractor staff shall be US citizens or have appropriate work permits.
Contractor shall provide the necessary labor to perform required repairs and installation. Please provide the following rates:
