The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, VA Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPSHCS), located at 1660 South Columbian Way, Seattle, WA 98108-1532, in accordance with FAR 13.501, intends to solicit from a single source through SERVPRO for emergency flood remediation. The NAICS Code is 562910 and the size standard is $11.0 M. The statutory authority for restricting competition under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, or Single Sourcing, is 41 U.S.C. 253(c), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can remediate water damage due to flooding located in Seattle, WA.
