This is a competitive solicitation and Request for Proposal (RFP) issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15 and RFO 15. This solicitation satisfies the requirements of FAR Subpart 5.2, including FAR and RFO Parts 5.204, 5.201, 5.207, 5.203, and 5.101.



The Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center (MGVAMC) in Spokane, Washington seeks a qualified contractor for flooring installation, renovation, and replacement services in accordance with the RFP 36C26026R0068 terms and conditions. The government anticipates awarding a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a total ceiling of $2 million USD over a five-year period.
