Consistent with Section 144(2)(a) of the New York EconomicDevelopment Law (EDL), the NYS Office of State Comptroller (OSC)requested an exemption from publishing this procurement contractopportunity in the procurement opportunities newsletter (the NYS ContractReporter). In accordance with Section 144(2)(b) of the EDL, the OSCBureau of Contracts has granted the exemption. On 09/02/2025, the Bureau of Contracts approved a request forexemption from giving notice in the New York State Contract Reporter forthe purchase of ZeroFox Cyber Threat Protection Software from Guidepoint Security Government Solutions. Due to the specific circumstances of this procurement and the uniquequalifications of the selected firm, a competitive procurement was notfeasible in this instance.
