Full Description

This is a time sensitive requirement. Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you. The 673 Contracting Squadron at Joint-Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the acquisition strategy for emergency maintenance services to repair and perform PMs on the existing Zetron Paging Terminal Model #2100 and pager PC hardware with Zbase software systems at JBER. The contractor shall provide all transportation, fuel, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the required maintenance services listed in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The purpose of this RFI is to identify potential contractors for this future requirement and allow contractors to provide input on the contract. This RFI is for planning purposes only. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these items or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this RFI and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Any information that the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such. Responses to this RFI should not exceed three (3) pages. Please include any additional terms and/or conditions that might be included in a contract between commercial entities which may differ or not be included in the DRAFT PWS.
