Full Description
The scope of this effort shall encompass the full-spectrum sustainment efforts for all 30 ZEUS™ III Laser Neutralization Systems in the field along with eight (8) full ZEUS™ III Laser Neutralization System spares. The contractor will be required to perform all actions on the ZEUS™ III Laser Neutralization System to ensure the fleet maintains an 85% Fully Mission Capable rate. The contractor will be responsible for providing Field Service Representative (FSR) support at all times where these systems are being utilized across the globe in order to provide any necessary troubleshooting (hardware and software), inspections, maintenance, Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) repair, and training on the ZEUS™ III Laser Neutralization System. When required, the contractor will be required to update operation and training manuals. The contractor will also be responsible for adhering to security procedures in accordance with the System Security Plan set forth by DoD/Air Force. All software installation, updates, and maintenance will be the responsibility of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). No other entity will be granted access to perform system or software maintenance.
