ZEUS™ III LASER NEUTRALIZATION SYSTEM SUSTAINMENT

The contract effort seeks a contractor to provide full-spectrum sustainment for thirty ZEUS™ III Laser Neutralization Systems currently in service and eight full spare systems, with the critical objective of maintaining an 85% Fully Mission Capable rate across the global fleet. The contractor must deliver continuous Field Service Representative support wherever the systems are deployed, performing real-time troubleshooting of both hardware and software, conducting inspections and maintenance, repairing Line Replaceable Units, and delivering operator training. All support materials, tools, test equipment, and services must be furnished by the contractor, including the maintenance and calibration of all support equipment at their own or subcontractor facilities. Replacement parts used must equal or exceed the quality of the original components. The contractor is required to update operational and training manuals as needed and must strictly comply with the Department of Defense and Air Force System Security Plan, operating under an unclassified security clearance. Foreign participation is prohibited, and the contractor must be a domestically owned entity registered in the System for Award Management. Crucially, all software-related activities—including installation, updates, and maintenance—are exclusively reserved for the Original Equipment Manufacturer, and no other party, including the contractor, may access or modify system software. The effort is currently in the Request for Information phase for market research, with responses due by June 11, 2026, and must be submitted via email to designated points of contact, with attachments not exceeding 10 MB per email. The North American Industry Classification System code is 336992, and no set-aside is being applied. Performance will be centered in Georgia, though global support is mandatory.
