Zoning Code Consultant

The City of Wheat Ridge is seeking a qualified consultant under solicitation 25-40 to perform a comprehensive zoning code audit and provide technical support for drafting and adopting code amendments. The project aims to modernize commercial and mixed-use zoning, expand housing options, and remove residential development barriers to align with the City Plan, Affordable Housing Strategy, and Sustainability Plan.
