Angala Zoller

Angala Zoller serves as a Contract Specialist, a role central to the agency's procurement mission and the execution of its acquisition strategies. As a specialist, they are responsible for managing the administrative and regulatory aspects of the contracting lifecycle, ensuring that acquisitions are conducted in accordance with applicable procurement laws and agency policies. The agency's procurement data indicates a specific pattern regarding socioeconomic goals, as current records show a 100% preference for full and open competition with no set-aside designations. This suggests that the agency's current contracting landscape is characterized by awards made to large businesses or through non-restricted competitive processes rather than through specific small business programs such as 8(a), HUBZone, or SDVOSB set-asides.
