Brian Mahoney

Brian Mahoney serves as the Director of IT, a technical leadership role responsible for overseeing the agency's information technology infrastructure and digital strategy. In this capacity, he plays a critical role in the agency's procurement mission by aligning technical requirements with acquisition strategies to ensure the delivery of robust IT solutions. His responsibilities involve managing the lifecycle of technical acquisitions, ranging from hardware procurement to complex software and systems integration projects. The agency's procurement data indicates a preference for full and open competition, as there is currently no recorded utilization of set-aside programs. The contracting landscape shows a 100% rate for non-set-aside awards, suggesting that the agency frequently engages with large-scale commercial vendors through unrestricted solicitations.
