Celia Hartz

Celia Hartz serves as a Technology Coordinator, a role focused on the coordination and oversight of technological resources and systems. Within the agency's procurement mission, this position likely supports the technical alignment of acquisitions with organizational infrastructure requirements, ensuring that procured technology meets specific operational standards and functional needs. The agency's procurement data does not currently provide specific information regarding the primary contractors awarded or the specific vendor landscape active within this office. Regarding socioeconomic contracting patterns, the agency demonstrates a preference for full and open competition, with 100% of its procurement activity categorized under no set-aside designations. This indicates a contracting environment that currently focuses on unrestricted awards rather than specific small business or socioeconomic programs such as 8(a), HUBZone, or SDVOSB.
