Charles Mcpadden

Charles Mcpadden serves as the Director of IT, a technical leadership role responsible for overseeing the information technology infrastructure and digital strategy within his organization. In this capacity, he plays a critical role in the agency's procurement mission by aligning technical requirements with acquisition strategies to support mission-critical IT operations. His role involves managing the technical oversight of acquisitions related to information technology systems and services. The agency's procurement data indicates a preference for full and open competition, as there is currently no recorded utilization of set-aside programs. The contracting patterns show a 100% rate for no set-aside designations, suggesting that the agency's current acquisition landscape is primarily driven by unrestricted solicitations rather than specific socioeconomic small business programs.
