Cindy Sherman

Cindy Sherman serves as the Primary Contact for her organization, playing a key role in the administration and coordination of the agency's procurement activities. As a primary point of contact, she is central to the agency's mission of facilitating acquisitions and managing the lifecycle of procurement requirements. The agency's contracting landscape currently shows a preference for full and open competition, as evidenced by a procurement pattern where 100% of awards are processed without set-aside designations. This indicates that the agency frequently engages with large-scale vendors and does not currently utilize specific socioeconomic categories for its primary acquisition strategies.
