Denny Dunlap

Denny Dunlap serves as the Treasurer, a role focused on the financial management and fiscal oversight responsibilities of the organization. Within the broader procurement mission, this position is integral to the agency's financial stewardship, ensuring that fiscal resources are managed in alignment with organizational requirements and regulatory standards. The agency currently demonstrates a procurement pattern characterized by a lack of set-aside designations, with 100% of its recorded activity falling under full and open competition. This indicates that the agency's contracting landscape is currently driven by unrestricted solicitations rather than specific socioeconomic or small business preference programs.
