Don Olson

Don Olson serves as the IT Director and Technical Coordinator, occupying a key technical role within the agency's procurement mission. In this capacity, he provides technical oversight and coordination for information technology acquisitions, ensuring that procured solutions align with the agency's technical requirements and infrastructure standards. His role focuses on the technical evaluation and coordination of IT-related requirements to support the agency's operational objectives. The agency's procurement patterns show a total absence of set-aside preferences, with 100% of its contracting activity categorized under no set-aside. This indicates that the agency's current acquisition strategy focuses on full and open competition rather than specific socioeconomic programs such as 8(a), HUBZone, or SDVOSB designations.
