Dr. Crystal Street

Dr. Crystal Street serves as a Superintendent, performing a technical role within her organization. In this capacity, she contributes to the agency's mission through technical oversight and specialized administrative functions that support the broader procurement and operational objectives of her office. The agency currently demonstrates a procurement pattern characterized by a lack of set-aside preferences, with 100% of its recorded contracting activity occurring through full and open competition. This indicates that the agency's current acquisition landscape does not prioritize specific socioeconomic categories such as 8(a), HUBZone, or SDVOSB designations in its awarded contracts.
