Erica Hoffman

Erica Hoffman serves as a Contract Specialist, where she is responsible for managing the acquisition lifecycle and executing procurement actions to support the agency's mission. In this role, she handles the administrative and technical requirements necessary to secure essential goods and services through competitive and non-competitive contracting vehicles. Regarding set-aside preferences, the procurement data indicates a preference for full and open competitions, with no set-aside designations applied to the majority of actions. However, there is a clear commitment to small business participation, with a significant portion of awards designated as Total Small Business Set-Asides and a smaller percentage allocated to Women-Owned Small Businesses. Her procurement activity is heavily concentrated within the construction and technical services sectors.
