Jim Hines

Jim Hines serves as the Director of Information Technology Operations, a technical leadership role focused on the management and oversight of the agency's IT infrastructure and operational capabilities. In this capacity, he plays a key role in the agency's procurement mission by ensuring that technical requirements are met through the acquisition of necessary hardware, software, and specialized IT services required to maintain mission-critical systems. The agency demonstrates a procurement pattern characterized by a lack of set-aside preferences, with 100% of its contracting activity currently categorized under no set-aside. This indicates that the agency's acquisition strategy focuses on full and open competition rather than specific socioeconomic or small business designations.
