Joshua Blackwood

Joshua Blackwood serves in a secondary role within the agency's procurement framework, providing support for the organization's acquisition mission and the execution of its contracting requirements. Based on available data, the agency's procurement activity is focused exclusively on full and open competitions, with no recorded set-aside preferences for small businesses or socioeconomic categories. The procurement focus for this record is centered entirely within the communications equipment manufacturing sector, specifically under NAICS 334290 for Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing. This indicates a technical specialization in the acquisition of specialized communications hardware and related manufacturing capabilities.
