Oliver R Fildes serves as a Principal Investigator, providing technical leadership and oversight for research and development initiatives. In this capacity, he supports the agency's procurement mission by defining technical requirements and managing the execution of specialized acquisitions. The agency demonstrates a strict commitment to small business participation, with a total small business set-aside preference of 100 percent, specifically aligned with SBIR/STTR mandates for firms with fewer than 500 employees. His procurement activity is focused exclusively within the domain of guided missile and space vehicle manufacturing, as indicated by a primary concentration in NAICS 336414. This suggests a technical specialization in the acquisition of advanced aerospace systems and defense-related vehicle technologies.
