Ruben Rodriguez

Ruben Rodriguez serves as a District IT Support professional, providing technical expertise within his organization. In this capacity, he supports the agency's mission through the technical oversight and maintenance of information technology infrastructure. His role involves ensuring the operational integrity of district-level IT systems, which contributes to the broader procurement mission by defining technical requirements and supporting the implementation of technology-driven solutions. The agency currently demonstrates a procurement pattern characterized by a lack of set-aside preferences, with 100% of its contracting activity categorized under no set-aside designations. This indicates that the agency's current acquisition landscape is primarily focused on full and open competition rather than specific socioeconomic program participation.
