Manage Multiple Proposal Versions with Variants

Hello everyone! You can now create multiple versions of a proposal in the Proposal Writer.

These are called Variants, and they’re perfect when you need to:

• Work on Volume 1 and Volume 2 as separate files

• Create a new response after an amendment or update

• Draft alternative versions for review or internal approvals

You can create a new variant anytime, then easily: ✅ Switch between variants ✅ Rename variants ✅ Delete variants you no longer need

This makes it easier to stay organized and manage changes without overwriting your work.
